Important Information
You need to produce your passport and visa at the time of activation of the SIM card.
A refundable deposit of AED 250 to be provided at the time of collection of device. This is a security deposit for the device and will be refunded when you return the device as per the timeline.
UAE Laws do not permit VoIP services – so only WhatsApp, Viber, etc. chat is available – video calling facilities are currently not allowed.
Each device has a SIM inside. Customers are required to take the SIM with themselves at the end of the service. In case we find a SIM with the device we will destroy it on client’s behalf.
Validity is for 4 to 10 days (as per the option selected) starting from the time of activation.
Extra Rental Days : AED 10 ( per day)
Refundable security deposit AED 250 per device applies
Where to Collect: After clearing the Customs Exit walk towards the Meeting point Area then take a left towards the car rental shops, you will see the kitmytrip shop.
Only individuals above 16 years of age are eligible to book this product.
