• Please bring a valid Photo ID/passport with you as it is required to be displayed at the entrance.
• Wheelchairs are available at the entrance at no charge (available on a first-come, first-served basis).
• Pick-up will be arranged from the City Centre hotels only for Sharing and Private Transfers.
• Kindly ensure that you provide exact details at the time of your Booking such as the Hotel Address.
• If a guest fails to report within the given time it will be a NO Show and there will be no Rescheduling or Refund for it.
• The Midnight Hours Service on Pvt. Basis operates between 22:30-07:00 hours with an additional cost.
• The pick-up/drop-off timing on Sharing transfers can be modified by a couple of minutes, depending on traffic conditions and your location.
• Children 12 years of age and under must be accompanied by a paying adult at all times.
• Please arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled time.
• Guests are prohibited from bringing food and drinks into the Park.
• The venue reserves the right to refuse entry in case of non-compliance with park rules and regulations.
